1. PAYMENT:
All items are to be paid for on site the days of the sale. No items are to be sold ahead of the posted sale date. Payment must be made via cash, or Credit Card (CC fees may apply) known checks accepted.
PAYING IN PERSON:
All payments must be made in person at the estate. Phone payments cannot be accepted on any items.
4. PICK-UP OF ITEMS
Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. All purchases must be removed prior to the close of the sale dates unless otherwise arranged.
Up for Sale is the complete estate liquidation of a packed Thomaston CT home.
Highlight of the sale is a MASSIVE 80"+ Highly detailed model of the HMS Rodney Battleship. The models is a fully functioning R/C boat with functioning lights, sounds, turrets, the whole 9-yards. Everything on the ship is hand made of solid wood. The builder spent 650+ hours and $2,000 building this boat in the 1960's. All of the original blueprints, and even photos of the construction will be included.
Also in the Estate is a garage full of woodworking tools, power tools, household and yard tools, The remainder of model building supplies, Auto-loader for reloading shells, many reel to reel players, projectors, vintage camera equipment, Mid-Century tables, lamps, fine porcelain, china sets, vintage kitchen items and Pyrex, cuckoo clock, pocket knifes, Cedar Chest, large collection of Ukrainian wood carvings, and carved wood figures, Mid-Century Curio cabinet, miniature antique wine press, WWII Soviet Officers Uniform, and so much more not listed!
