1 - Antique East Lake Victorian Side Upholstered Chair Measures: 2' 9" x 1' 11" x 3' 2" Chair is in overall good condition for it's age. Scuffs and nicks here and there can be seen as expected with period furniture. 

2 - Pair of Vintage 1940's Year Books Lot includes 2 Year books. One from 1949, one from 1948. 

3 - Antique Victorian Pedestal Side Table Measures: 2' 5" x 1' 5" x 1' 5" Table is in good condition for it's age, expected ware in the form of scuffs & nicks as expected with period furnishings. 

4 - Lot of Frame Artwork Largest measures: 1' 5" x 1' 2" Smallest measures: 11" x 9" All seem to be prints and modern in age. 

5 - Vintage Silver Plated Tea set with Serving Tray Tray measure: 2ft Wide Pot measure: 11" Tall In overall good polished condition. See photo's for the makers mark.
