All items must be removed by the end of the sale. For furniture and appliances, we can arrange a different day but must be picked up in 5 days.
Please bring your truck, van, friend to help load. We don't provide loading assistance.

Please be considerate for the neighbors, don't park on the driveways or grass. We are not responsible for accidents or negligence.
We reserve the right to exclude some items "last minute" from the sale based on the property owner's request.
We will not start early. 9 am is the time. Please check the update for the inclement weather. we may reschedule due to snow in the forecast.

There are many great items in this estate. There will be some opportunity to dig. Entry and exit will be at the main door. There are items in the basement. Small children are not allowed to enter. Please see pictures for the sample of what is there.
