Terms

1. PAYMENT:
All invoices are to be paid no later than 4/28/2018 @ 10:00am EST. Invoices for successful bidders will be sent out the evening of the auction close (4/27/2018). Credit cards placed on file will be automatically billed on 4/27/2018 @ 10:00pm EST

PAYING IN PERSON:
We accept credit cards, approved checks, money orders, cashier's checks or cash in person for "known bidders". East-Wing Estate Sales must be notified if payment is to be made in person prior to 12 hours after the auction close, if arrangements are not made in a timely manner the CC on file will be charged the amount due. In-person payments must be made at the indicated auction pickup days, within the indicated auction pickup time window.

2. BUYER'S PREMIUM
A buyer' premium of 15% is added to the hammer price of each item. Sales taxes are applied to all purchases unless a valid resale number is on file prior to the completion of the auction.

3. WARRANTIES:
Condition reports are made to the best of our ability, but are not guaranteed. No employee is authorized to make any warranties, expressed or implied, on behalf of East-Wing Estate Sales. Items described as "possibly", "probably" or "attributed to" are not to be considered a guarantee, but rather the opinion of the auctioneer. No guarantees can be made in relation to an items condition. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

4. PICK-UP OF ITEMS
Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. All successful bidders shall pickup all items during and within the scheduled pickup dates listed on this auction. All remaining items left or otherwise not pickup up in any manner by the successful bidder are to be considered abandoned, and NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or CREDIT is to be given under any circumstances. Buyers are ultimately responsible for the pickup, packaging, and moving of their purchases at the pickup location. Smaller items may be pickup up at a later date, see individual lots descriptions for extended pickup options, not applicable to all items.
The exact pickup location and address will be provided with the final invoice to successful bidders at the time of the auctions close.
