Payment: CASH ONLY. We do not accept credit cards, checks, or digital payments. All sales are final.
Liability: Refresh, LLC and the property owner are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the premises during the sale. By entering the property, you assume all risks.
Item Condition: All items are sold "As-Is" and "Where-Is." There are no warranties or guarantees. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
Removal of Items: Buyers are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. You MUST bring your own help and equipment to move and load large furniture (tables, dressers, trundle bed) and appliances (laundry machines).
Staff Assistance: While Refresh, LLC will be on-site to facilitate the event and answer questions, our team is not authorized to help load items into vehicles.
Timing: This is a one-day-only event. All purchased items must be removed from the property by 3:00 PM EST on the day of the sale.
Hours & Operations
1. Visitors shall adhere to the specified estate sale hours. The sale will only be accessible during the designated time frame. Early entry or lingering after closing is not permitted.
2. Respectful Behavior: Visitors shall treat estate sale staff, other shoppers, and the property with courtesy and respect. Disruptive behavior, rudeness, or attempts to negotiate aggressively are strictly prohibited.
3. Payment and Settlement: Visitors shall settle their purchases promptly using Cash. Leaving without settling the bill is not allowed.
4. Handling of Items: Visitors shall handle items with care. Delicate or fragile pieces should be treated respectfully.
5. Restroom Usage: Visitors may inquire about restroom facilities. However, access to private areas of the home is not permitted.
6. Children and Supervision: Children are welcome, but parents or guardians must supervise them at all times. Children should not touch or handle sale items without supervision.
7. Refusal of Service: The estate sale company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Visitors who violate rules or exhibit disruptive behavior may be asked to leave.
8. Parking and Traffic Flow: Visitors shall follow designated parking areas and traffic flow instructions. Parking on neighboring properties or obstructing traffic is not allowed. Please use the neighborhood street for parking.
9. Privacy and Personal Questions: Visitors shall respect the privacy of the previous owner and refrain from asking personal questions.
