The house once belonged to a technology pioneer whose work helped in NASA's Apollo 11 mission and his knowledge and design was essential in the creation of the first MRI machine.  

The five-bedroom home has four full bathrooms and one-half bath and an indoor pool and sits on 2.6 waterfront acres.

This event is not only an estate sale:  selling the unique furniture, home decor, kitchen items, artwork, tables, chairs, sofas, console tables, rugs and more, BUT also a pre-demolition sale where all the parts of the home are available - from doors and windows, sliders, room dividers, tile, flooring, kitchens island and cabinets, glorious front door, vanities, walk-in closets, bathrooms and bathroom fixtures, chandeliers, light fixtures, cabinets, sconces, track lighting, decks, staircases, copper door ad every other part of the house that can be removed.

I have priced almost everything in the home, (and as you can see - there is a lot) but I have not taken measurements and will not be taking them before the days of the sale.  You must come to the sale in person, with your measuring tape in order to properly take your own measurements for purchasing items.  All items are asking prices and are available for negotiation.
