Sale Entry Procedure:
To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines for our sale entry process.
Numbers will be distributed at the front steps promptly at 5 am each morning of the sale. We kindly request that you refrain from lining up in front of the home before this time. Instead, please wait in the parking lot at the Keeny Center.
Please take only one number per person, and do not take a number for individuals who are not present. Once you have obtained your number, feel free to enjoy your morning activities and return to line up in numerical order at 8:45 am.
The sale will commence promptly at 9 am, and we will not be offering early entry. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
The sale will be limited to 40 shoppers at a time. We kindly ask that you wait to enter until another shopper exits, in order to preserve the antiquity of the home and the items available for sale. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Public restrooms are available at the Keeny Memorial Center, located adjacent to the Chester Buckley House. Please note that the restrooms at the bed and breakfast will not be open for use during the sale.
While visiting our event, we encourage you to enjoy coffee, tea, breakfast, and lunch at any of the wonderful establishments along Main Street. Some options include Aroma Bistro, Heirloom Market, Village Pizza, The Charles, Lucky Lou’s, Lenoci’s Italian Kitchen, and Smoked on Main. We hope you have a pleasant experience exploring the local dining options during your visit.
Our sale is well-stocked with valuable items, many of which are fragile. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when bringing children along, as well as being considerate of other shoppers. Thank you for your cooperation.
