           Awesome full estate with lots of furniture and collectibles.

Many books as well. This sweet town home has some nice original art.

     The art work is being researched however we do know there will be two Marc Chagall mid century watercolors/original lithographs signed and dated 1953. THESE TWO LITHOGRAPHS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FOR MORE APPRAISING> Hope to re-introduce them later.

     The art consists of original paintings... some signed and some not. A very nice large South west piece by Kim Thomson called Chama Overlook.

     Two antique watercolors by George Nicholson c1787-1878.
