1 This is an onsite tag sale, we cannot offer online sales.
2 Prices will not be finalized until the day before sale so please DO NOT email or call for prices.
3 We accept cash, credit cards and checks with proper ID.
4 We cannot deliver for you but happy to help find you a mover.
5 Numbers at 9:30 am morning of sale in the lobby of building.
6 DO NOT park in circular driveway you will be towed. Street parking only
7 Estate Sale employee will give you a number in the lobby and escort you to the sale
you CANNOT enter the building without a number and escort.
8 Please treat employees and residents of the building with respect
this was biggest complaint from management. Talking to loud, blocking way of residents,
asking employees too many questions. So PLEASE be respectful.
9 Large items must be removed thur the freight elevator, you cannot carry large objects out the front door!
