ENTRY & LINE POLICY

A sign-up clipboard will be placed outside the home starting at 9:00 AM each day of the sale. Add your name to secure your place in line for the 10:00 AM opening.

NO LARGE BAGS ALLOWED inside the home.

PAYMENT

Cash, credit and debit cards, and Venmo accepted. No checks. A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions.

PARKING

IMPORTANT PARKING NOTICE: We have reserved multiple parking spaces for customers to use. Look for the "Emergency No Parking" signs hanging from string in the reserved spaces — those spots are designated for our customers.

In addition to the reserved spots, street parking is available on the street the house is located on, as well as on numerous cross streets. Please be respectful of neighbors — do not block driveways.

ACCESSIBILITY

This is a three-story townhome. Please plan accordingly if stairs are a concern.
