Prices are all marked. 50% reductions have been made on most items. A few are not at that level, and some are more than 50% reduced.

This continues the previous online sale, with additional items added, including clothing.
Preview is allowed, so just ask for a mutually convenient time.

All items are pre-owned and sold AS IS to the first person who pays for the item.

Payment: Payment can be made by Venmo, PayPal or Credit Card. We do not charge you fees for your type of payment. Sorry, no checks.

Flexible pick-up options will be arranged with each buyer at a time of mutual convenience.
Pickup appointments go through September 30, so you have a 2 week window to make arrangements.

Tax: All items are subject to 6% DC tax.

Unpaid items: We cannot hold unpaid items. No item is considered sold to you until the item is fully paid for, and will be sold to the first person who confirms and pays.

Pick Up: Convenience for you!
There is no set date and time you are required to pick up except an end date; here is the process:

• Latest pick-up date is September 30. If we haven’t heard from you by September 24 to schedule your pickup, however, you agree that you have abandoned your purchase and we can dispose of your items as we see fit.

• Large items: We are not able to assist in the disassembly or movement of heavy or large items, so you must bring people to help you if you haven’t contracted with a mover. Or call Christopher @202.438.2216 and ask him for a quote to your destination, as he is a local mover who takes care with items.
• Sorry, no shipping offered.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or lost items while on the premises. Please keep children close to you.
