We do not manage sign-up lists. Entry is first-come, first-served. If a list is produced when we open our doors, we will honor it with the agreement of those in line.

There will be a limited number of people allowed in the home during the sale. We limit the number for the safety of the items in the home and so you can have an enjoyable shopping experience when you enter. Some of rooms of the home will have a limit the number of shoppers allowed at a time.

We will not allow beverages, large purses, bags or boxes in the home. Additionally, dogs, baby carriers and strollers are not allowed inside. You will be asked to leave these items outside the home or in your car.

All sales are final - there are no refunds or exchanges.

Please note that we charge sales tax on all sales unless you have a valid resale or diplomatic exemption that you can provide to us.

We accept cash, cards, tap-to-pay, and checks up to $200. All card and tap-to-pay purchases will incur an additional 3% processing fee.

Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases from the premises by the close of the sale. We are happy to provide the names of movers who can help.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to have the necessary tools to dismantle furniture, load, and move the items purchased. Any damage caused by negligent moving will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

Staff are not permitted to help with furniture removal, packing purchases, or helping to move them to your car.

We are not responsible for items you purchase and forget to take with you.

Savvy is hosting a four-day sale in the Forest Hills neighborhood of Washington, DC, showcasing the residents' love of design and collecting. One of the owners is a designer, importer of French lava stone and displayed at the NY Design Center.

STAIRWAY ACCESS ONLY: GPS will lead you to a dedicated stairway that serves as the only access to the home. IT IS NOT THE ADDRESS OF THE HOUSE. Access to the house will only be permitted via the long, multi-step stairway.

The home’s aesthetic is anchored by French and European flair. You will find several French enameled lava stone tabletops and tiles; original art and décor; MCM and contemporary ceramics and pottery; Weller art pottery; Daum crystal figurines; French vintage tourist/souvenir items, including dozens of Eiffel Towers; and other French décor, including a vintage Louis Vuitton steamer trunk.

The clothing and accessories channels '90s Parisian chic, ranging from Bultaco and Francois Girbaud leather jackets, vintage sweaters from Ralph Lauren, Jean Paul Gaultier, Helmut Lang, and Moschino; suits from Agnes b and Max Mara; and coats perfect for the cold weather, including mink, fox fur, and shearling lamb coats. There are also accessories, including Prada shoes, a Louis Vuitton French document clutch & keep-all travel bag, and a stunning Alexander McQueen clutch. Clothing is in sizes 42 and 44 European, small - medium. Shoes are US 6 & 9 and European 38 & 40.

The jewelry case boasts a small, but mighty, collection of vintage statement pieces, including cuffs, brooches, and necklaces from Hermes, Chanel, Cartier, J. P. Gaultier, Miriam Haskell, Paco Rabanne, and Sonia Rykiel.

You will find a blend of contemporary and antique furnishings, ranging from a French dry bar and a pair of Knoll armchairs to a modern sofa and sectional, four Kartell “Masters” chairs, and four leather folding chairs, as well as French enameled lava stone items ranging from side tables to a large rectangular table.
