• Credit Cards are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
• ALL SALES are subject to sales tax.
• We respect, value and invite dealers to our sales. For tax-free purchases, dealers must present a valid resale certificate. Even if we know you, we need this information for our records. No certificate means that you must pay tax. Thank you for your understanding.
• No shopping bags, or large totes/purses please.
ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER PETS/DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
• All items are sold AS-IS/WHERE-IS. All sales are FINAL. All items are sold without expressed or implied warranty. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds. No Exceptions. Please test electronics prior to purchase.
• Please bring help to remove your purchases. We cannot help you move or carry items to your car. Independent movers may visit our sales seeking work. Use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for their services.
• CARDEROCK ESTATE SALES LLC /Homeowners are NOT responsible for injury or damages either personal or material incurred by customers, shoppers, or third party movers or haulers while on the property. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries either inside or outside the property.
• We will provide a sign-up sheet the morning of the sale at 9am. We will honor an ATTENDED PRE-LIST if created fairly, and every name/person on the list is present and waiting. No dropping lists the night before and leaving, such lists will be discarded.
• Be respectful of neighbors. Do not block driveways.
