* You MUST bring moving help!! We do not move furniture. All purchases must be removed immediately. The home will be cleaned out and locked at 4pm. Nobody will be available after the sale.
*Bring packaging for your purchases, our supply is limited. Any damage made to walls /floors will be buyer responsibility to repair at your expense. Consider accordingly when moving large furniture.
* Pay for furniture immediately at check out and it will be marked sold after payment. Smaller items may be placed in the holding area.
