All sales are final! NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS accepted. Entry numbers given out 9 AM Thursday (only) by stage member at front lobby of building to those waiting in an orderly fashion. One # per person. No temporary # of any kind will be honored. No lists are to be made.
Checks possibly accepted from individuals JHES has accepted in the past.
CASH IS THE BEST PAYMENT.
WATCH YOUR STEP! We reserve right to inspect all types of bags when you exit the premises.
No large bags or purses- bring a few empty bags to use. NO boxes are given out. Prepare to have your own helpers assist with heavy or large items. We reserve the right to examine all purses and containers of any type as you exit. Examine your items carefully, as all sales are final. No CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED & no children. Building residents & staff members must obtain entry # from lobby at any time there are waiters for entry.

 

JHES is back with a grand NW DC sale!  Contents of packed condo.  Many new items,  perfect for gifts & stocking stuffers.  Quiet please if you must wait in the lobby, hallway or condo for entry or checkout.  Please take the time to read text & enjoy the photos.

NOTE:  Parking: two hour street parking.  If you purchase things that will go into a bag or artwork, you may exit the building via the lobby.  If you purchase furniture or other large items, you must exit only via freight elevator which will take you to the West loading dock.  Ask cashier for details. Dock closes 4 PM weekdays & 2 PM on Saturday.     No exceptions.

When inside, please speak in low voices, and be considerate of building residents.  No drinks or food to be taken into building.  Be patient if you must wait for entry into this crowded condo.

Suggestion: bring a personal flashlight, especially for art / coin/ jewelry inspection.

Cell coverage poor unless on or near patio.
