We do not manage sign-up lists. Entry is first-come, first-served. If a list is produced when we open our doors, we will honor it with the agreement of those in line.
There will be a limited number of people allowed in the home during the sale. We limit the number for the safety of the items in the home and so you can have an enjoyable shopping experience when you enter. Some of rooms of the home will have a limit the number of shoppers allowed at a time.
We will not allow beverages, large purses, bags or boxes in the home. Additionally, dogs, baby carriers and strollers are not allowed inside. You will be asked to leave these items outside the home or in your car.
All sales are final - there are no refunds or exchanges.
Please note that we charge sales tax on all sales unless you have a valid resale or diplomatic exemption that you can provide to us.
We accept cash, cards, tap-to-pay, and checks up to $200. All card and tap-to-pay purchases will incur an additional 3% processing fee.
Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases from the premises by the close of the sale. We are happy to provide the names of movers who can help.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to have the necessary tools to dismantle furniture, load, and move the items purchased. Any damage caused by negligent moving will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
Staff are not permitted to help with furniture removal, packing purchases, or helping to move them to your car.
We are not responsible for items you purchase and forget to take with you.

Savvy invites you to a sale this weekend in the AU Park neighborhood of Washington, DC, for a former foreign service officer based in the Middle East. The sale includes a diverse selection of designer women's clothing, unique imported décor, and a multitude of dinnerware patterns and pieces.
The home's elegant interior is layered with color and patterns, reflecting the owner's international experiences. Discover unique items collected in Pakistan, Palestine, Israel, Egypt, Morocco, and India, including rugs, ceramics, textiles, finely inlaid boxes, and brass and copper pieces.
There is also a mix of classic and contemporary art and sculpture, including pieces from Pakistani artist Ismail Gulgee.
Beyond the décor, the sale includes classic designer professional clothing (primarily size 8/M). Shoppers will find labels such as Akris Punto, Armani Collezioni, Escada, Valentino, and St. John. Complementing the clothing is a wide selection of luxury lingerie, including pieces from Dior and Oscar de La Renta, along with shoes (size 8) and iconic scarves from Hermès and Louis Vuitton. Jewelry offerings include 18K and 14K bracelets, necklaces, and earrings, as well as sterling silver pieces.
Moving to the kitchen, there is a wide variety of dishware from Royal Worcester, Porcelaine d'Auteuil, Rampini Radda, Mackenzie Childs, Villeroy & Boch, and Pottery Barn. Along with fine china from Herend (Queen Victoria and Chinese Bouquet patterns) and Waterford glassware in the "Powerscourt" pattern.
Furthermore, the sale includes a Reed and Barton Francis I Sterling Service for sixteen plus serving pieces, alongside an Antique Sterling Tea Kettle on Stand.
Furniture highlights include a large painted buffet, a round glass-topped dining table, a glass console table, and a set of cane dining chairs. Also featured are two iron beds, custom bedding, pillows, and draperies, painted dressers, and various ceramic tile side tables.
Rounding out the sale, there is an assortment of holiday décor for Christmas, Easter, and Halloween.
