We hosted our estate sale at this property in September and moved the big pieces. Now it is your turn to dig.

This is a full clearance. Goodies in the house are $5 or less. Kitchenware, decor, books, linens, tools, electronics, holiday items, vintage pieces, clothing, shoes, accessories. If it is in the house, it is $5 or less (except large furniture).

FOR THE DIGGERS AND THE TREASURE HUNTERS:

The basement is open. Unfinished, unsorted, untouched. Boxes, bins, shelves full of items that have not been gone through, outdoor items, and everything that accumulated over decades of homeownership. This is the part of the sale that the pickers and the resellers show up early for. If you are someone who likes getting your hands dirty and finding things other people walk past, this is your spot. Bring a flashlight. Wear clothes you do not mind getting dusty.

Dates: Saturday, September 26th and Sunday, September 27th.

Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days

Location: Northeast Washington DC (address provided to confirmed attendees)

Parking: Street parking available

WHAT TO EXPECT:

- Cash and electronic payments accepted

- Bring your own bags and boxes we have small ones

- All sales final

- Not responsible for items after purchase

- Children must be supervised at all times

This is a family estate. The family is clearing the home completely. When it is gone, it is gone.
