Our Full days Events will be held between 1:00pm to 5:00pm

For The Estate Sale Portion of Sundays Grand Sale, Please Come between the Hours of 3:00pm to 5:00pm if you are interested in getting our bottom line prices on all the items.

 If you are attending the Estate Sale only. please do not show up prior to 3:00pm, unless you would like to attend the liquidation auction portion of the day which our clients are invited to attend at 1:00pm. ALL  UNSOLD ITEMS FROM THE LIQUIDATION AUCTION WILL BE SOLD FROM 3 TO 5 (during our estate sale session of the day). read next paragraph for more detail on this.

From the hours of 1:00pm to 3:00pm There will be a liquidation auction conducted on the premises. (Preview Begins At 1:00 and the Auction Starts At 2:00pm). The 2 different and separate sessions should not be confused. 

1st session - 1:00pm to 3:00pm (Liquidation Auction )

2nd session - 3:00pm to 5:00pm (Estate Sale Liquidation)
