Heritage Asian Arts Collection Vol 2

The following terms set forth the rules under which all auctions conducted by Dynasty Heritage Auctions are offered. These conditions apply to all sales conducted through the LiveAuctioneers platform. By registering to bid or placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, together with LiveAuctioneers? own user agreements.

1. Auction Structure & Bidding
All auctions are conducted by Dynasty Heritage Auctions. Bidding may occur online abided with LiveAuctioneers.com. The highest bid acknowledged by the auctioneer at the close of bidding constitutes the final sale price (?hammer price??).
Dynasty Heritage Auctions reserves absolute discretion to: - Decline bidder registration - Refuse or cancel any bid - Resolve bidding disputes - Withdraw or reoffer lots at any time
The auctioneer?s determination in all bidding matters shall be final.

2. Buyer?s Premium & Pricing
A 25% buyer?s premium is added to the hammer price of each lot. The total purchase price consists of: - Hammer price - Buyer?s premium - Applicable sales or use tax - Shipping, handling, insurance, and packing charges - Any payment processing fees imposed by payment providers. Estimates, where provided, are opinions only and should not be relied upon as predictions of value or selling price.

3. Payment Obligations
All purchases must be paid in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is due within two weeks of invoice issuance.
Accepted forms of payment may include: - Credit or debit cards - Bank wire transfer (domestic or international) - Personal or business checks (U.S. only, subject to clearance) - LiveAuctioneers payment services (Livepayments), including Autopay where enabled
Ownership of any lot does not pass to the buyer until payment has been received in full and funds have cleared. Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation of the sale, resale of the property, forfeiture of deposits, and reporting of non?payment to LiveAuctioneers.

4. Taxes, Duties & Regulatory Charges
Sales tax may be collected based on the buyer?s shipping destination and applicable law. Buyers claiming exemption must submit valid documentation prior to bidding.
International buyers are solely responsible for customs clearance, import or export permits, duties, VAT, GST, and all other governmental charges. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

5. Shipping, Packing & Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, items are shipped via shipping services arranged through LiveAuctioneers (LiveShipping), or third?party carriers, or buyer-arranged shipping.
Shipping charges are calculated using item size, weight, fragility, declared value, and destination. Charges may include professional packing, insurance, and delivery services. Items will not be released until all associated fees are paid in full.
Estimated dispatch time is approximately two (2) weeks following receipt of cleared payment. Large, fragile, or high?value items may require extended handling or specialized freight services.

6. Condition, Descriptions & Best?Effort Research
All property is offered ?as is?? and ?where is.?? Dynasty Heritage Auctions does not provide guarantees or warranties of any kind. Descriptions, photographs, and condition statements represent our good?faith opinions, formed using reasonable care, professional experience, and available information at the time of cataloging. These statements reflect our best efforts, but they do not constitute factual assurances or warranties of authenticity, authorship, age, origin, provenance, or condition.
Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and requesting additional information prior to bidding.

7. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted, except where required by applicable law, or Liveauctioneers policies, or expressly agreed by Dynasty Heritage Auctions.

8. Risk, Title & Buyer Conduct
Risk and responsibility for purchased property transfer to the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. By bidding, the buyer confirms acceptance of the item?s condition and agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
Buyers remain liable for all costs associated with collection, enforcement, or dispute resolution, including reasonable legal fees, arising from failure to comply with these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
Dynasty Heritage Auctions? maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the buyer for the lot in question. The Auctioneer shall not be liable for acts or omissions of third?party shippers, carriers, or service providers.

10. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in any Dynasty Heritage Auctions sale constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Conditions of Sale. Dynasty Heritage Auctions reserves the right to revise these terms at any time, with updated versions posted in auction listings or registration materials.
