THINGS TO KNOW:
***PARKING IMPORTANT*** – The City of Newark has allowed street parking for this event (the street is usually reserved for permit parking only). It is extremely important that you park your car in the proper direction depending on the side of the street you park on. Please be considerate of neighbors when parking on the street. Do not block driveways, park near stop signs, etc.
* BRING HELP TO CARRY and be prepared to move larger purchases. Items cannot be held once purchased. This sale will be on three floors of the home, there are large pieces on each floor.
* Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card (non-cash transactions are subject to a fee).
* NO PERSONAL CHECKS
* Please inspect before buying, as there are no refunds, returns, credits, guarantees, etc.
* You are entering the property at your own risk. Use caution on the stairs, on the grounds, etc.
* No drinks or food inside.
* We do not disclose prices online. We are not selling from the page; it is first come, first served.
* All items are individually priced in advance of the sale.
