We're doing things a little differently this time. This sale will be held at an offsite location, giving us the space to bring together a fantastic mix of pieces from multiple estates. Furniture, décor, collectibles, and unique one-of-a-kind finds... it's all going to be here. This will be our final estate sale of the year, and it's the perfect chance for those holiday shoppers looking for something special, unique, or just fun to gift!

* PARKING: On-street parking is available. Please be considerate of neighbors when parking on the street. Do not block driveways, park near stop signs, etc. use other nearby streets if needed.
* BRING HELP: Bring assistance to carry larger items. All sales are final; no holds. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm on Sunday, with no exceptions.
* PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted. Non-cash transactions will incur a fee. No personal checks.
* "AS IS SALES": All items are sold "as is" with no returns, refunds, or guarantees. They have not been tested. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.
* SAFETY: You are entering the property at your own risk. Please exercise caution when navigating the property, especially on stairs and uneven floors.
* NO FOOD OR DRINKS: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the home.
* PRICING: Prices are not disclosed online. All items are individually priced and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
