Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice. Late payment may result in fees loss of bidding privileges reporting to LiveAuctioneers or collection action. 7. LiveAuctioneers Payments: No additional processing fees when using LA Payments. 8. Transfer of Title and Risk: Title transfers after full payment. Items not paid within 7 days or not picked up or shipped within 30 days may be treated as abandoned. QI Auction may dispose of abandoned property without refund. 11. Taxes
Buyers must pay applicable taxes unless a valid resale certificate is provided before payment. 12. Lot Withdrawal: QI Auction may withdraw any lot at any time before or during the auction. 13. Acceptance of Terms: Registering or bidding means the buyer accepts all Terms and Conditions.
