RENOVATION SALE. Home has been renovated and all decor is being changed. Most items were used only seasonally and in very good condition. The photos are only a small part of the things being sold. Payments are cash only and items must be removed before the end of the sale on Sunday. If it is a large item, please bring appropriate help and vehicle but delivery is available for a fee. This is a private community, so please observe speed limits and parking restrictions. Items both outside and inside. Items in the house which are for sale are marked with a price. This is an active home, so please be respectful and do not enter rooms that are marked off.

The house has been remodeled and all furnishings will be sold.   All items are quality pieces and most have been used only seasonally.  The have been in a home without children and have been in a smoke free environment.   There are some very unusual and unique items in this sale, and way too many to list.  Any item is available for pre-sale and all pieces will be sold on the date of the sale.
