THINGS TO KNOW:

This home may be modest in size—but it’s packed with incredible finds throughout. To keep things safe and shoppable, we may need to limit the number of customers inside at any given time. To help keep things moving, a tent will be set up in the driveway for checkout. We appreciate your patience—it’ll be worth it!

Parking: On-street parking is available. Please be considerate of neighbors when parking on the street. Do not block driveways; park near stop signs; use other nearby streets if needed.

Bring Help to Carry: Bring assistance to carry larger items. All sales are final; no holds. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm on Sunday, with no exceptions.

Payment: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted. Non-cash transactions will incur a fee. No personal checks.

As Is: All items are sold "as is" with no returns, refunds, or guarantees. They have not been tested. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.

Safety: You are entering the property at your own risk. Please exercise caution when navigating the property, especially on stairs and uneven floors.
No Food or Drinks: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the home.

Pricing: Prices are not disclosed online. All items are individually priced and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
