Cash preferred. Credit cards are accepted with minimum purchase of $50 w/3% transaction fee. No personal checks. All sales are final. No returns are accepted. No previews or presales. We are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Items must be removed the day of the sale. Items may be added or deleted. Bring help to load large items. Homeowners are not responsible for accidents or damage. Please do not go on the property until the sale day. Owners are living in the home. Entry will be through the garage. Sale items will be located in the garage, family room and on the porch.

Thank you for attending our sale ! This home has been the residence of the original owners for over 50 years. The owners frequented auctions, estate sales, antique stores, etc. not only locally, but throughout the Midwest as well. There is a diverse collection of vintage & antique items, Sterling silver, large collection of vintage watches, Victorian & mid century modern furniture, as well as various household items.
There are some nice local Delaware items, see listing below.
There is also a large collection of hardback books focusing on WW2, The Dupont Company ( owner was a long time career employee ), Delaware, railroads, the West, religion, history, sports, etc.
There are also German-published items from WW2. If you are a history buff, you'll find some unique items !
