Our client's items are our responsibility to protect.
Children are great but NOT a good idea at estate sales. Please hold on to them at all times.
No returns or exchanges. All items sold AS IS.
We accept credit/debit cards if $25 or above. Same for local checks with I.d.
If you are buying large items bring helpers to move things. We no longer move items for you.
No big bags or backpacks brought in please, nor unzipped purses.
No food, drinks, pets inside.
*Do not take items from yard unless you see a price tag on the item.
We are not responsible for accidents.

June 1 & 2 Friday and Saturday

off 441 Gainesville/Alachua in Turkey Creek golf community. 

10-3 each day, handing out numbers at 9 on Friday. Allowing 20 in at a time.

Vince Butorac is the contact name so you won’t have trouble getting past the guard tower if there is a guard on duty.
