We do not quote prices over the phone prior to the sale. Sometimes client’s walk thru is right before the sale & prices can change.
Our client's items are our responsibility to protect.
Children are great but NOT a good idea at estate sales. Please hold on to them at all times.
No returns or exchanges. All items sold AS IS.
We accept credit/debit cards if $25 or above. Same for local checks with I.d.
If you are buying large items bring helpers to move things. We no longer move items for you.
No big bags or backpacks brought in please, nor unzipped purses.
No food, drinks, pets inside.
*Do not take items from yard unless you see a price tag on the item.
We are not responsible for accidents.

We are starting this sale Friday. We have another Turkey Creek sale starting Thursday. They aren’t too far from each other so plan to see both! Have address in case guards are there & mention name “Mann” if they ask for name of person you’re seeing. They only allow signs in yard so take address and directions.

After you enter Turkey Creek, you will stay on the main road and not turn till the very end. Then you’ll be turning right onto 105th Ave. House is on left.
