Terms and Conditions of Estate Sale

We appreciate your business! Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of our estate sales.

All items are sold “AS IS”, “WHERE-IS”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS THEREIN.” There are no guarantees given by Estate Sales Service Professionals or owner.

NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES.

Our research has determined only the probable identification and fair market value of items in this sale. These items are offered for collecting, historical, educational, or reference value. We make no representation and accept no responsibility as to the authenticity of these items. Any item offered for sale that may have been recalled is for collector “shelf sitter” use only.

We are a business and must collect 6.00% tax unless you have your current (this year’s) tax resale certificate on file with us or have a copy to leave with us.

We accept cash. If your total invoice is for $50 or over, you can also use Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We do not accept checks.

You are responsible for moving your purchased items.

You are at your own risk on the property and grounds. We are not responsible for accidents. You are responsible for paying owner for any damage you cause to the home or grounds.

If you break an item, you buy it.

No strollers.

No smoking in home or outbuildings or near entrances to home or outbuildings.

No food or drink.

No animals permitted inside the home.

Wheelchairs will not fit into the home.

Walkers must be clean on the bottom and have wheels or a protective covering over the legs.

Please be courteous of owner’s carpet and furnishings.

We reserve the right to limit the number of persons inside the home. We reserve the right to remove persons from the home or grounds.

Please park responsibly.
Do not block driveways, streets, or mailboxes.

If you steal, we will press charges.

Announcements posted on the day of sale take precedence over any previous printed material pertaining to this sale.
