THE ITEMS IN THIS SALE WILL BE OFFERED AND SOLD
UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• All property is sold "AS IS", "'WHERE IS.” Neither the auctioneer nor the estate warrants or represents and they shall in no event be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness authorship or condition of the property. No statements made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed to be such a warrant or representation, fitness or usability is the responsibility of the buyer.
• ) Since items are available for inspection prior to sale, it is assumed that the buyer is fully aware of the condition, authenticity, etc. of the items. Buyer agrees to indemnify the auctioneer and auction company and hold harmless in any arisen claim.
• The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between two bidders, the auctioneer shall be the one to have absolute discretion as to whom was the successful bidder, or he may re-offer the disputed item for
sale if he wishes.
• The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or raise not commensurate with the value of the article being offered.
• Full payment is required by all purchasers on the date of sale, Items must be removed same day unless specific arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
No claims accepted when said sold.
• Cash or check(s) are acceptable with photo lD, Maker of bad checks) will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, We accept cash, credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and wire transfers. WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS.
• All purchases are subject to the Florida 7% sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a Florida sales tax exemption number. Must be presented (no exceptions) on file in office.
• Bidding on any article(s) indicate your acceptance of these terms.
• Loading is the responsibility of BUYER and must be picked up by the owner only or certified letter at a different date acceptable to auctioneer.

Friday Night Auction at Apopka Estate Auction. A fun and entertaining night for all! We buy estates each week and have tons of items, whether it be furniture, art, jewelry or collectables. We also have box lots filled to the brim with surprises. Something for everyone. Come out for a deal! You're sure to find something you just gotta have.
Auction starts at 7pm with Preview at 6pm.
*All items are available for purchase prior to auction start time. Some items may not be available at auction start.
