All Sales are final. Items are sold on an "as is" basis. No warranties are applicable. Sales are made on a first come basis, This is a CASH only sale.

All items purchased must be removed by 12 noon on Saturday August 25,2018. Buyer must provide own method of removing and transporting of all items. Buyer must provide own help to help load large items. Our staff is not permitted to help in moving of large items.

All items are priced but will consider "reasonable" offers.

This is a 2 days estate sale in the Apopka Errol Estates area.
