Numbers for entry will be out after 2PM on Thursday. Numbers attached to the Front door. Watch your step, there are two steps in the sidewalk.

As an estate sale company, our primary responsibility is to get the best price possible for our client while still offering fair market prices to our shoppers. We research specialty items and price at current market price using online auction sites sold prices as a guideline. We do not price to offer half off on the second day. If believe an item is overpriced, we are happy to look at the supporting evidence.
ACME reserves the right to limit access of attendees to control over-crowding of the home.
ACME Estate Sales conducts business on private property, therefore ACME staff reserves the right to ask any attendee(s) to immediately leave the premises.
Items purchased must be taken at point of sale.
ACME does not deliver or help to load purchases. Please come prepared for large items.

Want to know a price? Come to the sale. As you can imagine, we price hundreds of things. It isn't that I don't want to be helpful it is simply that I probably don't remember. So before you search for my number to call and ask, reread this statement.
