Estate Sale at an Estate! You will need to park at the entrance road and walk down to the home. If you cannot walk about 100 yards this is not the sale for you. *Owner has insisted NO CHILDREN at this sale including standing outside.
A few other important particulars client requested I remind you of:
all Sales are final, you break you buy, and if you steal we will call the police.
You are at your own risk on the property. There is nothing besides pots & a few metal items for sale outside & those are all by the front door.
no strollers, animals, food, drinks, or smoking
So sorry but wheelchairs, walkers will not fit inside the home.
Entry limited to 12 in at a time due to large number of breakables.
We are not able to lift heavy items, so bring helpers and we will be available to guide them out so nothing gets damaged. If you damage property you are responsible to pay for it.
doors open at 11and we close at 4:00
no restrooms are available and no trying on of clothing!
Parking is at the front area before the gate
If you buy larger items you will be able to drive in at the end of the day to pick them up. Thank you in advance for understanding.

This Sale is phase one of a sale which we anticipate finishing out at the end of May some time. Stay tuned for phase 2. There will be new things brought down from the 3rd floor, stables, pool house, etc. at that point.
