By attending a Swan Estates sale or purchasing an item, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Please inspect items carefully before purchase. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

2. Payment Methods
We accept cash, major credit cards, and mobile payment options (Apple Pay, Venmo, etc.) as available. A convenience fee may apply to credit card transactions.

3. Entry & Conduct
We reserve the right to limit entry to the home or property based on capacity, safety, or at our discretion. Please be respectful of the home, other shoppers, and staff. Disorderly behavior may result in removal from the premises.

4. Item Holds & Pricing
Prices are firm on opening day and subject to markdowns as announced. We do not offer holds or early sales. All pricing is at the sole discretion of Swan Estates and is non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.

5. Pick-Up Policy
Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale or by a designated time communicated at the point of purchase. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials, tools, and help for lifting heavy items. Swan Estates staff cannot assist with loading.

6. Liability Disclaimer
By entering the premises, you agree that Swan Estates, the homeowner, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the sale.

7. Surveillance & Security
All sales may be monitored and recorded for safety and theft prevention. Shop responsibly and with integrity.

8. Tax Compliance
Sales tax will be collected where applicable unless a valid resale certificate is provided at the time of purchase.

9. Children & Pets
For safety reasons, children must remain with an adult at all times. Pets are not permitted unless they are certified service animals.

10. Terms Subject to Change
Terms and policies may vary slightly by sale or location. Please review signage and staff instructions at each sale.
