During the sale, I am not able to answer questions through text as I have been having delays with my provider within certain locations.
Come to the sale and we can discuss your needs!

**Park on one side of the street and do not block driveways or mailboxes. **
(Park on the curb off the main road and walk to the property...Limited parking down driveway. (about eight/ten cars can park so there is room to turnaround. If there is room I recommend back in when you park, this way you can just pull forward to leave the property.)

- Items sold as is, where is.

- No backpacks or purses, strollers or large bags inside the home.

- We prefer CASH to keep your cost down!!! Also, we accept; All Major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal (which all includes a 3% fee). No checks.
- Check your items carefully before purchasing.

- You break it you buy it.

- All sales are final. No refunds or returns.

-Bring your muscles, tools, and help to load your items. We do not have the manpower to help remove items. All heavy items have to be picked up one hour before the end of the sale day.

- We reserve the right to open the sale before the posted start time "each day" of the sale.

- First come, first served!! We do not use list or number tickets. The waiting line must monitor itself.

**Please respect all parking signs. Respect the neighbors. Do no park on their lawns or block any driveways or fire hydrants.

- We are not responsible for accidents.

-I have the right to sell any item before the sale, "if that person is a regular buyer of mine" cannot make the sale date.
