REMOTE SALE featuring a Whopping NINE ESTATES UNDER ONE ROOF, as well as hundreds of consigned  items and items remaining from prior sales. All at amazing prices!  NEW ESTATES ADDED EVERY WEEK.

Why do we do REMOTE SALES, you ask?  Well, there are a number of community residential properties in Lake, Marion, Sumter and Alachua counties with Homeowners Associations that do not allow on-site estate sales.  We offer those clients a viable solution to on-site sales.  Our company is one of only a handful in Florida that does REMOTE SALES.  We go to our clients property and pack and load and transport their items to one of our remote facilities and hold the sale there.  To make it even better, we combine multiple sales from multiple clients and hold them simultaneously, so you can find just about anything you’re looking for at a great price.

We follow the same rules at our REMOTE VENUE as we do when we host on-site sales.  No EARLY SALES or PRE-SALES.      (See below for information about our tiered daily pricing and daily discounts). Bring ample help to remove, load and tie-down anything you buy.  WE DO NOT ASSIST Pursuant to insurance regulations.  All sales are FINAL – As-Is – Where Is – No Refunds – No Exchanges – No Exceptions.

This sale is at our REMOTE FACILITY at The Market of Marion, Marion’s largest Flea and Farmers Market, featuring more than 1000 booths.  Our venue is at the South end of Building C-SOUTH.  Enter the Market of Marion from Highway 441.  Follow the interior Market road to your right until you reach the SOUTH PARKING LOT.  Look for our signs and enter our venue at C-SOUTH to find over 3500 sq. ft. of BARGAINS!

PRICING:         Expect to pay ticketed prices on Fridays, 25% off non-reserve ticketed prices on Saturday, and a whopping 50% or more off ticketed prices on non-reserve items on Sunday.  Our hours are 8:30 – 3:00 on Friday, and 8:30 – 3:30 on Saturdays and Sundays.
