Moving Sale - Tools, Antiques, Collectibles and Furniture

Some photos have been updated. We would like to thank all customers for enduring the issues that arose with this sale today. The opening turnout was much bigger than expected and the sale situation is unusually difficult due to the circumstances surrounding the home and owners. The owners still live there and scheduling has been difficult. It has also not been possible to have the prices remain on items after ticketing them. Therefore we were unable to have items priced during the day and have had to resort to more of a making an offer style while still respecting the owners belongings and their asking price while keeping in market price and it was not possible on some items to make both happen. We would also like to apologize for any items that were listed in the pictures that were later retained by the owners and removed from the sale. As stated this is a very unusual and difficult situation for all parties and unfortunately, the customers are feeling the affects. Please be aware we will be doing the standard discounts Friday and Saturday but some items that were priced this evening may not have price tags on them when we open tomorrow.

ALL ITEMS ARE PURCHASED AS-IS WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND NO RETURNS. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP DURING THE SALE DATES UNLESS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED AND AGREED UPON BY THE ESTATE SALE COMPANY AND PURCHASER.

THERE WILL BE LIMITED HELP AND MATERIALS SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY IF PURCHASING LARGE ITEMS FOR LOADING. THERE WILL BE SOME BOXES AND BUBBLE WRAP AVAILABLE FOR DELICATE ITEMS BUT THEY MAY NOT LAST LONG SO PLEASE BRING PACKING MATERIALS IF NEEDED.

Thursday = Ticketed Price
Friday = 25% Off
Saturday = 50% Off

It is possible we will be there on Sunday as well but that will be unknown until Saturday.
