Items are ONLY available for purchase on the date of the sale.
All sales are final and items are sold as-is. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Packing supplies are limited, please bring any necessary supplies and extra muscle for purchased items. We can hold items until last day of sale as an alternative option, unless pre arrangement is available for an additional date or time.

Effective immediately per the President of the United States, we can only allow a maximum of 10 people at a time inside of the the home until further notice. This translates in to no more than 9 people inside at a time (as 1 salesperson will be inside) so please be prepared. But be certain that we will allow everyone a fair amount of time to shop. Please be prepared to wear a mask.
