• All items sold as is.
• Please do not block right of way on street and or block driveways.
• Payment options: Cash Preferred, Cash App, Venmo
• 10 shoppers at a time unless otherwise approved
• No Large bags, purses allowed.
• IF large items purchased, need to be collected after 1pm on Saturday or Sunday. All items will need to be moved, wrapped, and or broken down by you. We do not have movers or transportation.
• Packing/Staging area located outside on overhang front patio
• If anyone is caught stealing, authorities will be notified
• Please no food or beverage inside the house
• We are not responsible for any accidents occurred
• Public Restrooms are not available
• If you decide not to purchase an item, please return it to where you found it
• All jewelry needs to stay up front while shopping, you may not walk around with the jewelry
