We do not provide prices Prior to the sale. Prices are set on the morning of the sale.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UPON ENTERING THE PREMISES YOU ARE BEING RECORDED BY SECURITY CAMERAS, AND YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO BEING RECORDED. BEWARE UNLAWFUL ACTIONS WILL BE PROSECUTED!
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS." ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS.
You must make arrangements for moving items out of the home by 3:00 p.m. on the final day of the sale. Our employees do not move items. If you need moving services please provide your own moving service, or we can make a referral for you.
Please do not park on neighbors' lawns and in front of mailboxes. Please be respectful to the neighbors -- treat it as your own neighborhood. Thank you!
