Our name is "Your Treasure House" and we would like to welcome you to the modern estate sale concept. Because there are more and more communities placing HOA rules prohibiting estates sales at the home, the concept of moving all the items to another location and having an estate sale there was born.  The Sarasota area has many HOA communities that prohibit estate sales at the home. To assist these and other estate owners,  we remove all the items from these estates, bring them to our store / warehouse and sell them for the estate owner. This idea has become very popular for many reasons. Not only does the estate sale shopper like yourself now have an opportunity to purchase items from an estate they would never get to see without us moving the items to our store, you now have the opportunity to view and purchase items from multiple estates at one, safe, secure, air conditioned 55000 square foot building with plenty of free parking and on site security.  We have new items arriving daily from multiple estates.

We will be open Friday and Saturday this weekend from 10 am until 6 pm and on Sunday from 12pm until 6 pm. We have 1000's of estate items for sale. We have lots of furniture, antiques, vintage items and 1000's of collectibles, wall art, paintings, golf clubs, exercise equipment, some clothes, sofas, tables and chairs, bedroom furniture, small trailer, some tools, clothes, some jewelry, etc...etc...etc...   you will not be disappointed.  We will even deliver items for you if needed, we are truly a one stop shop. 

To make your experience even better, we allow dealers to set up their wares for sale. This also is becoming more popular as it allows you the ability to purchase items from these dealers that otherwise you may not have gotten the chance to do so. We have a clock repairman that is set up inside our store along with about 30 other dealers that sell lots of really neat items.  Please come and check us out...
