Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police.
There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the HOUSE .
Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside.
Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.

The Banner family, the house in which we had a previous sale 2 weeks ago, have decided to have another estate sale after adding some more pieces that were not at the prior sale. In addition, they have decided to sell this home, which means this will be a complete liquidation sale. The Realtor wants everything out, so that means that this will be a " BLOWOUT " sale. Everything goes, nothing will be held back.
