There is a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all bids, plus sales tax of 7%. Tax exempt resellers will be charged tax and can claim a refund from the State.
If your total bids are less than $15, there will be a $1.50 surcharge.

Pickup at premises only. No shipping.
Pickup is only available during the pickup window. No alternate arrangements will be made.
This auction has a soft close feature which extends the bidding by 2 minutes FROM THE LAST BID on any individual item if there is a bid placed on that item within two minutes of the current bid deadline.
After the auction bid deadline, any unsold items will be available online through a Buy Now process until 8:00 PM the night before the auction pickup.
After the auction, there WILL be an estate sale for unsold auction items and other items that may not have been included in the auction.
