Bring help to load large items, Not responsible for accidents, We accept Cash , Venmo and Zelle. All sales final. no refunds or exchanges, all items sold as-is. All items must be removed by the end of the day Saturday, no exceptions. Please park in the spots available, do not block driveways or mailboxes. There are some very heavy items that if purchased will have to be removed by the end of the day. Bring Help for packing and loading. We do offer shipping on items at the buyers expense.

Please call or email Steve to set an appointment. Very nice furniture including bedroom sets, living room set, two matching recliners, TV, dining room set, kitchenware, collectibles and more. Please note, parking is limited, the best spots for parking will be by the pool area. This is a townhouse so please arrange for help if you are interested in any of those pieces.
