Home and everything in it is amazingly clean All the furniture looks like new.

Very nice sale.  Something for everyone.

If you plan on purchasing a large item please bring loading help, tools and a way to transport it.  All purchased items need to be removed by Saturday afternoon.

There are some gun holsters and cases, but NO GUNS (other than B.B. guns) are for sale, they have all been removed from the home so please don't even ask.

Please don’t park in drive, let’s save it for loading large items Everyone needs to park on one side of the road to allow neighbors to get by. There is a bit of a drive to walk up ( about 100ft ).
