Sale is in the Brookridge community off Cortez and Barclay, they don’t allow me to put signs in the neighborhood so you will need to use your GPS.
We are offering free driveway delivery to “Brookridge residents for furniture purchases.
PLEASE obey the posted speed limit of 30mph ( they are strict) and as always DONT park on lawns or block driveways and leave room for emergency vehicles to get by if necessary.
You are welcome to bring your shopping bags, carts or whatever you got just don’t steal or my mom will call your mom and we don’t want that.
JUST FYI you will have to walk up a fairly steep driveway and then up a wheelchair type ramp to enter the home so please use caution.
