C&C AUCTION AND LIQUIDATION - TERMS & CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION: To bid on any item, all bidders must register and provide valid identification. By registering, bidder agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

BUYER'S PREMIUM
A buyer's premium of 20% will be added to all purchases and is due as part of the total payment.

SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases, unless the purchaser has a valid resale certificate and dealer license on file with C&C Auction and Liquidation prior to bidding. Sales tax will be determined based on the county in which the auction is held. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide all required tax-exemption documentation before the auction closes—no refunds of sales tax will be issued after payment is processed.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full (including the 20% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax) is due at the time of item pickup for all local removals. For shipping arrangements, payment in full is required prior to shipment once the shipping quote has been provided and approved by the buyer. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, and Zelle. No items will be released until payment has cleared in full.
Failure to pay and remove items within the designated checkout period constitutes default and will result in storage fees, forfeiture, and/or resale of items as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

CHECKOUT & REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS (Critical—Read Carefully)
All items must be removed within 2-3 business days following the auction close, unless otherwise specified in the individual auction details. Exact checkout dates and times will be posted with each auction.

BUYERS MUST COMPLY WITH THE DESIGNATED CHECKOUT PERIOD—NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes completing payment and physical removal of items. Failure to remove items within this timeframe will result in immediate storage fees and potential forfeiture.
Buyers are solely responsible for packing, loading, and transporting all purchases. All items must be removed in their entirety—no partial removal or on-site disassembly permitted without prior written approval. Buyers must bring appropriate equipment, labor, and vehicles for safe removal. C&C Auction and Liquidation does not provide loading assistance, equipment, or packaging materials.

SHIPPING
Shipping is available only on sales specifically noted as "Shipping Available." It is the buyer's sole responsibility to contact C&C Auction and Liquidation immediately after winning bids to advise that shipping is needed. Upon notification, we will prepare a shipping quote for buyer approval.
Payment for items (including the 20% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax) and shipping costs must be received in full before any items are packaged or shipped. Approval of a shipping quote does not extend the checkout deadline—items must still be paid for within the original checkout period unless written extension is granted. All shipping costs, including packaging, insurance, and handling, are the buyer's responsibility.

STORAGE FEES & ABANDONMENT
Items not removed by the designated checkout deadline will incur a storage fee of $25 per day, per lot.
ITEMS REMAINING 7 DAYS AFTER THE CHECKOUT DEADLINE WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. Abandoned items may be disposed of, resold, or donated at the sole discretion of C&C Auction and Liquidation without further notice to the buyer.
Buyer forfeits all rights, title, and interest in abandoned items and shall remain liable for all accrued storage fees, costs of disposal, and any deficiency upon resale. C&C Auction and Liquidation shall have no liability for loss or damage to abandoned items.

DEFAULT
Failure to pay in full by the checkout deadline (including the 20% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax), comply with removal periods, or complete pickup/shipping arrangements constitutes default. In the event of default, C&C Auction and Liquidation may resell the item(s) and hold buyer liable for any deficiency, costs, and attorney fees. Defaulting bidders will be banned from future auctions and may be reported to industry databases.

AS IS / ALL SALES FINAL
All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's sole responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. C&C Auction and Liquidation may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall C&C Auction and Liquidation be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

INSPECTION RESPONSIBILITY
Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. C&C Auction and Liquidation shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it but will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold 'AS IS' and that they may not return any item they purchase.

INTERNET BIDDING
C&C Auction and Liquidation provides Internet bidding as a service to Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly and that bid execution is dependent on third-party platforms and Internet connectivity. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against the auction company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. C&C Auction and Liquidation shall not be liable for any bids not received, delayed, or failed due to technical issues beyond our direct control. C&C Auction and Liquidation will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the absentee bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins.

RISK & LIABILITY
Persons attending preview, sale, or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release C&C Auction and Liquidation and the Auctioneer from any claims arising from attendance of said auction.

AUCTIONEER RIGHTS
C&C Auction and Liquidation reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
