Cash and credit cards accepted. Numbers may be issued to ensure an orderly first come, first served entry into home. Any items staged outside the front of the home are available for sale prior to 8am entrance to home, just pull the tag and pay upon entry at 8am. Please be courteous of other shoppers and neighbors. Park on north side of street and use vacant lots. NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR VEHICLE IS TICKETED, TOWED or DAMAGED. If there's an item you wish to purchase within the home and cannot readily carry it, buyer must remove the price tag and then pay. If you pull the tag, you buy, otherwise please leave price tags attached. Bring boxes to pack your items. No sales prior to date of sale. All items sold AS IS. All sales are final.
