The November sale was a success, but now here's the rest! Liquidation of household collection of good Mid Century furniture, modern art, decorative items, lamps, patio, kitchen and housewares. Cash and credit cards accepted. Any items staged outside the front of the home on morning of sale are available on first come first served basis, simply remove tag and pay when door opens at 8am. If you pull the tag, you buy, otherwise leave price tags attached. Please park on north side of the street and use vacant lot directly across from home. No SALES prior to date of sale. All items sold AS IS. All sales are final.
