Integrity Estate Sales is happy to present Phase 2 of the Pitts Estate in Chattahoochee Florida, Sale will be Friday Jan 7 , 10:00 - 3:00 Saturday Jan 8, 10:00 - 3:00 & Sunday Jan 9, 11:00 - 2:00
There is a house full of great items of all type, as well as a work shed full of all types of tools! This will be the last sale so items will be priced to sell!
There is a good variety of furniture - a beautiful Lay-Z-Boy sleeper sofa and matching love seat, also a matching Broyhill sofa and lovecseat combo! There is a very nice vintage dining table and 6 chair set, cofee table, end tables, a number of hand made cabinets, a water resistant outdoor storage shelf unit, chairs, a terrific vintage set of 4 wrought metal ice cream parlor chairs in great shape, a small childs wooden desk, an old Singer sewing machine with cabinet, 10 matching outdoor chairs in excellent condition, a tv stand, and a storage cart on wheels, a vintage pair of wooden water skiis - great for wall display, steam iron in box and ironing board, vintage dog monitor system and more!
There is a brand new Hotpoint washing machine that was purchased for $900.00, was used 4 times before the occupant moved. There are some electronics - receivers, vcr, dvd players, emergency radio and a few small kitchen appliances. There is a nice little selection of very nice fishing rods, a fish scaling board, and a large tackle box full of lures!
We still have a huge amount of very nice Christmas items, many still in their original boxes, figures, cookie jars, platters, dioramas, serving pieces, ornaments, lights and other miscellaneous items, a few Halloween and a bunch of Easter items we just pulled out as well! There are large numbers of beautiful cut glass and pressed glass platters, vases, candy and snack dishes, candle holders, baskets and many others. There are some office supplies and childrens games and books, cookbooks, a variety of vases of clear, green and milk glass, 3 ceramic geese in flight wall decorations, a Kirby vacuum cleaner, an Oreck vacuum cleaner, a boogie board, luggage, a tennis and a racketball rackets, a quality thick inflatable raft, several pieces of very nice original framed artwork and prints.
We have a large amount of quality kitchenware, Pyrex, pots, pans and skillets including an old USA cast iron skillet, a large Pfaltzcraft set of dinnerware with plates, bowls, coffee cups and saucers, salt & pepper, sugar and creamer and two other lovely sets of dishes and glasses, many vintage pieces and a good bit of kitchen items items new to the sale! We'll have an old set of World Books, 4 FSU tailgating chairs, lg umbrella, electric fans, some hunting clothes and a set of snake chaps, headphone new in box, ice cream churn, laundry supplies, vinyl country record albums, cds, FSU items, a vintage Chattahoochee High School yo-yo, some costume jewelry, dolls, and a good number of potted plants outside!
Also there are a lot of very nice vintage clothes that were not at the previous sales - pants, shirts, dresses, shoes, belts, a few suits, jackets, both mens and womens, some great old pieces! There is also a big room full of linens, a nice larger wooden baby crib and a small vintage rocking baby cradle.
... oh yes, i almost forgot, there will be some tools! There is a nice large collection of antique cast iron cobblers shoe forms and bases and I opened the shed, not a lot of hand tools but some old hand saws, a bow saw, a nice large old Craftsman socket set, some pliers, hammer, sledge hammer, 2 axes, a large Stihl hedge trimmer, 2 large old c-clamps, a nice shop vac, 2 trailer hitches, 2 post hole diggers, a pitchfork, as well as 2 electric circular saws, hand sander, drills, nails, tile cutter, 2 McCullough chain saws, 2 propane outdoor cookers, several other misc hand tools and yard tools. yard tools, an old large metal rack, small metal shelf/table on wheels, an old Troybuilt chipper, a great old heavy duty solid iron hand truck, a seeder and so many more misc tools, come on guys!!!!
