• Sale begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m., Central Daylight Time. Doors will open at 9:00 a.m., not before.
• All sales are final, absolutely no refunds.
• We can accept ONLY CASH.
• All items are sold “AS IS” without warranty or guaranty of any type.
• We cannot sell over the phone or over the internet. If you wish to purchase items from our sale, please come to the sale and inspect the item and purchase in person.
• No “holds” unless you are going to the ATM to get cash.
• Children must stay with an adult at all times.
• Please, no strollers or large bags.
• Sale items are in out buildings as well as house.
• Buyer is responsible for moving and loading all items. Packing and boxes are limited so please bring your own.
• Purchased items must be removed from premises by the close of the sale, unless other arrangements are made.
• We are not responsible for any accidents. We assume no liability for accidents.
• Please do not bring food or drinks into the house.
• Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
